Why should agency employees lose their employee benefits? With us, you receive meal allowances, transportation allowances, and financial bonuses. We’ll take care of all your mandatory medical exams. We also offer cash pay, and of course, you’ll receive sick pay if you’re unable to work.
We’ll pay you an advance 1 to 2 times a week, depending on your employment type, the number of hours worked, and your hourly rate, up to 4,000 CZK. If you find yourself in an unexpected situation, we can arrange for an exceptional payment date. As a part-time worker, you request the advance directly in the app and either pick it up in cash at a branch the same day or have it deposited into your account.
All work equipment (PPE) will be ready for you on your first day. You don’t pay for anything, and you don’t have to go through the hassle of finding or arranging anything yourself. During the hiring process, we’ll note down all the necessary details to ensure that all equipment is exactly your size.
If your forklift license has expired, we’ll arrange training and renewal for you at no cost. If you need to expand your qualifications for a future position (welding license, computer training, etc.), we’ll arrange the training and cover 50% of the cost.
For jobs outside of Plzeň, we provide bus transportation directly to your employer. You can count on us not only for round-trip travel but also for transportation to and from weekend or overtime shifts. The departure stops are easily accessible by public transportation.
As our employees, you won’t be left without income during sick leave. Starting from the first day of illness, your wage replacement is calculated and paid out on the next payday. We’ll handle all paperwork with the authorities and your doctor for you. In the case of long-term illness (15+ days), the benefit is paid by the state, but we will continue to assist you with the paperwork for the Czech Social Security Administration (ČSSZ).
If you need it, we can advise you on the paperwork related to debt relief. We’ll prepare all the necessary documents for you so you can get through the entire process as quickly as possible. Contact us, and we’ll refer you to experts who will guide you through the debt relief process.
