Information on the Processing of Personal Data

In the case of the processing of personal data that is necessary for measures leading to the conclusion of a contract with a job applicant, i.e., for the purpose of recruiting candidates for the position offered, negotiating the terms of the employment relationship, and related matters.

  1. IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE CONTROLLER

  2. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the fact that such processing is necessary for the performance of measures taken prior to entering into a contract at your request (sending this personal data) and any subsequent negotiations regarding the terms of the employment relationship between you and the controller—the employer—within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to asthe “Regulation”).
  3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
    1. The purpose of processing your personal data is to take measures aimed at selecting a suitable candidate for the job position offered by the controller and to negotiate the terms of the employment relationship with the job applicant and related matters.
    2. The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.
  4. RETENTION PERIOD FOR PERSONAL DATA
    1. The period for which your personal data will be stored by the controller is the period necessary to fulfill the purpose of processing—selecting a candidate for the requested job position and concluding the relevant contractual relationship—but no longer than the period specified by generally binding legal regulations.
  5. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
    1. Other recipients of your personal data will be personal data processors providing HR services to the controller.
    2. Recipients of your personal data may include providers of medical services in connection with the legal requirements for occupational health examinations, as a prerequisite for performing work.
    3. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.
  6. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
    1. Under the conditions set forth in the Regulation, you have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restriction of their processing if they are no longer necessary for the purpose described above.
    2. Under the conditions set forth in the Regulation, you also have the right to data portability regarding your personal data where the legal basis for processing is that such processing is necessary for the performance of an employment relationship based on an employment contract or a similar agreement concluded between you and the controller—your employer.
    3. If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or is violating the Regulation, you have, among other things, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
    4. You are not obligated to provide your personal data. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for participation in the recruitment process for a vacant position, including negotiations regarding the establishment of an employment relationship between the controller as the employer and you as the employee, including the terms of the employment relationship and the associated obligations. Without the provision of your personal data, it is not possible to establish an employment relationship, negotiate the terms of the employment relationship, or properly fulfill the obligations related to the employment relationship pursuant to generally applicable legal regulations.
