Some people discuss work matters with us
both work-related and non-work-related matters

Payday

You will receive your paycheck on the 20th of the following month.

Yes, we also pay wages in cash. Stop by on the 20th of the following month and we will pay you.

Your paycheck will be deposited into your account / available in cash as early as Friday.

Stop by our office and we’ll take care of everything in a few minutes. Your next paycheck will be deposited into your new account.

Withdrawal of advances

Yes, you can receive an advance on your salary for all positions.

That depends on the job offer. Generally, it ranges from 1,500 to 4,000 CZK per week. You will be informed of the specific amount when you start work.

You can apply once a week; for some part-time jobs, even twice a week.

Submit your request to your contact person by Thursday of that week at the latest. If you have access to our app, simply submit your request through it.

Always on Friday during the day. Part-time workers who requested payment through the app will receive an advance on the day they specified.

The advance will be deducted from your next paycheck. You’ll find a clear breakdown of everything on your pay stub.

Pay stub

Your pay stub will be automatically emailed to you by the 19th of the following month at the latest. If you haven’t provided your email address, please pick up your pay stub at our office.

Please contact our accounting department immediately. We will look into the discrepancy together and, if necessary, correct everything right away.

Vacation

You can find your vacation entitlement on your pay stub. If you’re not sure where to find this information, just ask—we’ll be happy to help.

You must have your vacation request approved by your supervisor. Your supervisor will provide you with a form to fill out, or you can download it from the Downloadable Documents section.

Attendance Records

Before you start work, you will receive a smart card that electronically tracks your attendance.

Report this to your supervisor immediately upon arriving at work. They will manually enter your attendance into the system so that you do not lose that shift and are paid for it.

When you sign your contract, you will receive a timesheet that your shift supervisor will sign off on. At the end of the month, you will submit the timesheet so we can calculate your pay. You will also receive a timesheet for the following month.

Available shifts for part-time workers

You can manage your available shifts directly in the app, or contact our office, where we’ll be happy to suggest available shifts for you.

Illness

Please contact your coordinator immediately or call our office.

You don’t need to come to us with a sick note at all. The doctor will issue an e-Sick Note, which we will receive electronically via the Czech Social Security Administration (ČSSZ). It is important to report the correct employer, which is us, Emona Kroni, not the company where you work.

Yes. You must be available at the address you provided to the doctor. You may only go out during the times permitted by your doctor. If you violate the rules, your benefits may be reduced or you may lose them entirely.

With an employment contract, you will receive 60% of your average earnings. We, as your employer, cover the first 14 days; starting on the 15th day, the government sends the money.

We send the money along with your paycheck; the government has up to 30 days to pay the benefit.

In the event of a work-related injury, always report the injury to your supervisor and record it in the injury log.

Commuting to work

If we have arranged transportation for your company, you will receive all the necessary information, including the schedule, upon signing the contract.

Please contact your coordinator immediately. They will arrange transportation to your shift for you. These are exceptional cases; on other days, please be sure to arrive at the stop on time.

Debt Relief

If you have multiple creditors, your debts are more than 30 days past due, and you are unable to repay them.

No. By law, the application must be prepared and filed on your behalf by an authorized person (attorney, notary, insolvency administrator, etc.).

Once the court initiates insolvency proceedings, enforcement actions are suspended. The payroll department continues to make deductions, holds them in escrow, and, after the discharge of debt is approved, sends them to the insolvency administrator.

We’ll advise you on how to handle the situation and refer you to experts. We’ll help you with all the paperwork you need for debt relief. Discreetly and professionally.
