Job Description:

Leading a team of operators in the finishing production department
Ensuring production meets required quantities, quality standards, and deadlines
Operating finishing machines and handling products
Conducting quality control in accordance with technical documentation and measuring instruments
Production records (quantities, production times)
Collaborating with other departments (logistics, quality, maintenance, planning)
Adhering to safety and work procedures

Requirements:

At least a vocational school diploma
experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred for a managerial position)
Ability to lead and motivate a team
reliability and organizational skills

We offer:

Full-time employment with the company
base salary of 40,000–50,000 CZK
transportation allowance of 500 CZK/month
laundry allowance of 200 CZK/month
summer and annual bonuses in accordance with internal guidelines
25 days of vacation + 2 sick days
meal vouchers worth 150 CZK
Only 2 shifts
Overtime available in accordance with the Labor Code
