Job Description:

Performing maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on injection molds
diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions
Caring for molds and ensuring their proper storage
Collaborating with production, engineering, and the quality department

Requirements:

experience in mold maintenance and repair (experience in the automotive industry is a plus)
manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
Basic computer skills

We offer:

a full-time employment contract as a permanent employee
Base salary of 40,000–48,000 CZK
only 2 shifts
Above-standard overtime pay (opportunity for additional shifts)
special bonuses of up to 2,000 CZK
