Job Description:

Operational quality management for assigned projects in both the project and production phases
Resolving customer complaints and communicating with customers
Representing the company in quality-related matters with customers and suppliers
Conducting audits and ensuring follow-up action plans
Supporting customers in improving processes and product quality
Creating and managing internal and external documentation

Requirements:

Experience in quality assurance
at least a high school diploma
Communicative English
familiarity with technical drawings
Independence, a responsible attitude, and good communication skills
