Job Description:

Identification and analysis of quality issues and proposal of corrective actions (8D)
preparation and execution of internal and external audits (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949)
Creating and updating inspection plans, inspection instructions, and FMEA
Preparing documentation and providing samples to customers
Evaluation of manufacturing process capability (PP, PPK, CP, CPK)
Resolving customer complaints and communicating with customers and suppliers
Collaboration across the production, logistics, and engineering departments
Supporting the quality system and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

High school/college degree (technical field preferred)
Experience in quality assurance
Knowledge of quality tools (preferred)
Very good knowledge of English
Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
