Job Description:
- Identification and analysis of quality issues and proposal of corrective actions (8D)
- preparation and execution of internal and external audits (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949)
- Creating and updating inspection plans, inspection instructions, and FMEA
- Preparing documentation and providing samples to customers
- Evaluation of manufacturing process capability (PP, PPK, CP, CPK)
- Resolving customer complaints and communicating with customers and suppliers
- Collaboration across the production, logistics, and engineering departments
- Supporting the quality system and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- High school/college degree (technical field preferred)
- Experience in quality assurance
- Knowledge of quality tools (preferred)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Proficiency in PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
