Job Description:
- coordination and management of construction projects
- Communication with investors, contractors, and customers
- overseeing compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, technical procedures, and the project schedule
- Responsibility for the smooth progress of construction projects
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position (experience in timber construction is a plus)
- willingness to commute to the construction site (multiple projects within the region)
- Time flexibility, independence, responsibility, and proficiency in MS Office
- Interest in long-term cooperation, good communication skills
