Job Description:

coordination and management of construction projects
Communication with investors, contractors, and customers
overseeing compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, technical procedures, and the project schedule
Responsibility for the smooth progress of construction projects

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position (experience in timber construction is a plus)
willingness to commute to the construction site (multiple projects within the region)
Time flexibility, independence, responsibility, and proficiency in MS Office
Interest in long-term cooperation, good communication skills
